My interpretation of a Selkie. I tried to make her look as Seal-ish as possible but she ended up looking like a psycho-girl from an Asian Horror Movie of your choice. xD
Oh, and OHMAIGOSH it's traditional. Pencil and Charcoal to be exact. well...most of it.
I edited it slightly in Photoshop, like playing around with contrast and tints of blue. I also polished up the shading a bit...
